Welcome to HUB 302! We’re excited to have you and your loved one join our community. We have developed this simple Code of Conduct to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Please review and sign below to show your agreement.
HUB 302 is a volunteer-run 501(c)3 non-profit serving low-support-needs neurodiverse adults with low-support needs (referred to as Peers) and their Caregivers. We aim to holistically establish a welcoming, spectrum-friendly community that nurtures Peers, making them feel respected, valued, and safe.

• Always prioritize safety. Let a caregiver or volunteer know if you feel unsafe
or if you see that another Peer may not be safe.
• In case of overwhelming situations, try to communicate with a Caregiver or volunteer for assistance.
• HUB 302 is a supportive community. If you experience discomfort, insecurity, or devaluation by any community member during or outside activities, contact HUB 302 leadership or a trusted caregiver.
• Any form of unwanted communication, harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate and unwanted sexual speech between Peers or directed at Peers is strictly forbidden at HUB 302. All Peers and Caregivers must adhere to this policy for the safety and well-being of all group members, both during HUB activities and outside of them. Depending on the severity of the infraction, HUB 302 may ask a member to take some time away from the group for education before returning.

• Encourage open communication with HUB 302 volunteers to share any concerns, suggestions, or feedback for continuous improvement.
• Address conflicts or misunderstandings respectfully and seek assistance from caregivers or volunteers when necessary to resolve issues effectively.
