Have you scheduled a visit to an event and feel that HUB 302 is right for you? We're excited to welcome you.

For membership in HUB 302, we ask the Caregiver and Peer to sign the both the Code of Conduct and Member Information either online or print them out.

1- Contact to schedule a visit.

2 - Visit an event.

3 - HUB 302 is right for you? Yay!

4 - Both caregiver and Peer must sign both the Code of Conduct AND Membership Information.
