Monthly workshops for Peers only led by experienced educator Amy Morton.
Some of what the workshops will provide:
*Social Interaction
*Skill Development
*Increased Self-confidence
*Practical Application
*Support & Resources
Attending workshops can offer a structured environment to develop social interaction skills,
such as effective communication and building relationships with Peers facing similar
challenges. These workshops can also provide a sense of belonging, reduce feelings of
isolation, and promote improved mental health and overall well-being.
Additionally, they can focus on skill development, teaching essential life skills like decision-
making, goal setting, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and respect for others. By
practicing and reflecting on these skills, individuals can gain practical knowledge on how to
apply them in real-life situations, improving their self-confidence and self-esteem.
